BFEST: CINDRUM and Binus Webinar About How Blockchain Works In Metaverse
CINDRUM and BINUS (Bina Nusantara University) joined hands in a webinar event at BFEST on the topic “How Blockchain Works in Metaverse”. This educational webinar was held on Saturday, May 21st, 2022 and was attended by over 200 BINUS students. The students were very enthusiastic about participating in this webinar. Many students have been very active in asking and wanting to know how blockchain and metaverse are gaining popularity in Indonesia and the world recently.
Bina Nusantara University, also known as BINUS, is one of the leading private universities in Indonesia. BINUS was ranked among the top 250 universities in QS Asia Universities Rankings 2021 as one of the best private universities in Indonesia for a method of learning that combines knowledge with the latest technology.
The BFEST of BINUS Festival is an annual event designed to enable BINUS students to learn in business and engage in the business environment with their ideas. This year, they invited CINDRUM as a speaker to talk about the current developments in metaverse. On this occasion, CINDRUM was introduced as a metaverse platform in Indonesia, and the token ‘CIND’ was listed on several famous exchanges including INDODAX.
Besides sharing knowledge about metaverse and blockchain, CINDRUM also gives rewards for those with the best questions and participates by answering questions on CINDRUM’s Discord with a total reward of 30 USDT.

In this respect, blockchain is a promising solution due to its unique characteristics of decentralization, immutability, and transparency. In order to better understand the role of blockchain in metaverse, it aims to provide an extensive investigation of the application of blockchain to metaverse.
As part of “CINDRUM Goes to Campus” agenda, this webinar is CINDRUM’s first move to share knowledge of metaverse and blockchain technology with Indonesia’s future leaders, especially university students. CINDRUM will soon host these various activities and events to help Indonesians realize the potential of metavere and blockchain. Thus, they can keep up with current technological innovations and advances.
